Incoming Material & Component Inspection
Durability starts with the fundamentals. We rigorously test all fabrics, zippers, buckles, and webbing for strength, colorfastness, and functionality. Crucially, we verify all OEKO-TEX® certifications to ensure material safety. The first article sample is sealed as the golden standard for production.
In-Process Quality Checks (IPQC)
Our quality team is embedded in the production line, conducting multiple inspections. We meticulously monitor stitch-per-inch (SPI) consistency, strap attachment strength, zipper smoothness, and compartment alignment against the sealed pre-production sample. This proactive approach catches any deviation in real-time.
Pre-Shipment AQL Inspection
Before any backpack is packed, it undergoes a final full check. A statistically significant batch is then randomly selected and audited against international AQL standards (Level II, 1.5/2.5). This final, data-driven checkpoint includes functional tests for zippers, straps, and load-bearing capacity, guaranteeing the products you receive are consistently flawless and adventure-ready.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): We are startup-friendly. Our MOQ starts at 500 pieces per design.

Lead Time: Standard production takes 30-45 days after sample confirmation and deposit.

Sample Policy: Prototype samples are available for a fee, which is fully credited against your first bulk order. Sample lead time is 10-15 days due to complex assembly.

Shipping Terms: We primarily work on FOB (Ningbo/Shanghai) basis, but can also arrange Door-to-Door (DDP) shipping per your request.

Payment Terms: A 30% deposit is required to initiate production, with the 70% balance payable before shipment.
