Incoming Material Inspection
Before any production begins, we put all raw materials and components under a microscope. This includes fabrics, zippers, buckles, threads, and insulation.
In-Process Production Checks (IPQC)
Our quality control team is stationed on the factory floor, performing unannounced checks at critical stages of production while the products are being made.
Pre-Shipment AQL Inspection
When 100% of the order is packed and ready for shipment, we conduct a final, statistical audit based on the Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standard.
