We begin by vetting everything. All fabrics, threads, and components are checked for consistency, color accuracy, and most importantly, verification of their OEKO-TEX® and PFC-Free certifications. This ensures the very foundation of your blanket is safe and meets your specifications.
Stage 2: In-Process Quality Checks (IPQC)
Our eyes are on the production line. Throughout the manufacturing process, we conduct multiple random inspections. We verify stitching integrity, check for any defects in sewing or printing, and confirm that the assembly matches the approved pre-production samples. This proactive approach catches and corrects issues in real-time.
Stage 3: Pre-Shipment AQL Inspection
Before any order is packed, every single blanket undergoes a full inspection. Finally, a statistically significant batch is randomly selected and audited against international AQL standards (typically Level II, 1.5/2.5). This final, data-driven checkpoint guarantees that the products you receive are consistently flawless and ready for your customers.
