Incoming Material Inspection & Approval
Quality starts at the source. We rigorously check all incoming fabrics, insulation, and zippers for consistency, color accuracy, and performance specs. Crucially, we verify all OEKO-TEX® and PFC-Free certifications to ensure the materials are as safe and eco-conscious as promised. The first article sample is sealed as the golden standard for production.
In-Process Quality Checks
Our quality team is embedded in the production process, conducting multiple, unannounced line inspections. We meticulously monitor the quilting stitch quality, uniform distribution of insulation, and assembly accuracy against the sealed pre-production sample. This proactive approach catches any deviation in real-time, ensuring consistency across the entire production run.
Pre-Shipment AQL Inspection
Before any blanket is packed for shipment, it undergoes a final full check. A statistically significant batch is then randomly selected and audited against international AQL standards (Level II, 1.5/2.5). This final, data-driven checkpoint meticulously checks for stitching flaws, insulation clumping, zipper function, and visual defects, guaranteeing the products you receive are consistently flawless and ready for your customers.

Clear Path to Production

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): We are startup-friendly. Our MOQ starts at 200 pieces per design.

Lead Time: Standard production takes 30 days after sample confirmation and deposit.

Sample Policy: Prototype samples are available for a fee, which is fully credited against your first bulk order. Sample lead time is 7-10 days.

Shipping Terms: We primarily work on FOB (Ningbo/Shanghai) basis, but can also arrange Door-to-Door (DDP) shipping per your request.

Payment Terms: A 30% deposit is required to initiate production, with the 70% balance payable before shipment.
