After we receive your payment and confirm your project information is complete, we'll assign a dedicated project lead to you within 2 business days. This is a real person, not an algorithm — they'll reach out to discuss your idea, ask clarifying questions, and start exploring the best sampling path for your product.
Once we confirm the sampling plan with you, normal production timeline is 10–15 business days for the first sample. For highly complex products (e.g., multi-material construction, specialized hardware, or intricate stitching), it may take longer — we'll give you a realistic estimate during our discussion.

The $99 Sample Kit covers one sample round to validate your concept. If the sample does not meet your requirements due to our error (e.g., wrong material, incorrect dimensions, or misinterpretation of your instructions), we will remake it at no additional cost until we get it right. However, if the second sample direction is significantly different from the first version's core requirements — for example, you change the primary material, redesign the structure, or alter the product's core functionality — we will require a new sample fee to cover the additional development work.
Your $99 payment is valid for 12 months. You can start the sampling process at any time within that period — no rush, no pressure. Just let us know when you're ready.
Yes, with conditions: You can cancel before sampling begins and receive a full $99 refund — no questions asked. Once sampling has started (i.e., we've confirmed the sampling plan and begun production), the fee is non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our inability to deliver.
