Once we confirm the sampling plan, typical timeline is 10–15 business days for the first sample. Complex products may take longer — we'll give you a realistic estimate upfront.

If we determine your concept is not realistically manufacturable — meaning it requires materials that don't exist, costs exceed your target by more than 50%, or processes that cannot guarantee consistent quality — we will issue a full refund of your $99.
The $99 Sample Kit covers one sample round to validate your concept. If the sample does not meet your requirements due to our error (wrong material, incorrect dimensions, or misinterpretation), we will remake it at no additional cost. However, if the second sample direction is significantly different from the first version's core requirements — for example, you change the primary material, redesign the structure, or alter the product's core functionality — we will require a new sample fee.
